Description of Work: They were fantastic. Bob was professional and very knowledgeable. I had a wiring short and he found it quite quickly. I have 3 AC units in my house and I had a similar problem on the main house unit. I had a different company come in to repair it and it took them a full week to figure out the issue. Allied is a professional and honest outfit. I will be using them for all of my future AC/Heat issues.

Description of Work: not show up. gave me a window of 9am to 1pm. I waited until 1:40 and no show and no call to advise when they would come. I called and after checking the receptionist said "sorry both our technicians are delayed on other jobs. This is incopetent customer service. A simple phone call would have been nice. Will never use this company

We all have cell phones and it is easy enough to call when running late and you should have gotten that call. I'm sorry we wasted your time waiting on us and I accept responsibility for what happened. I would like to offer you a free service call or maintenance checkup in the future, or a gift certificate to try to make up for what happened.
