Description of Work: Replaced AC/Heat or all in one unit and it was quick. I shopped and researchedI til my eyes bled. The owner was patient, honest, and Johnny on the spot. I feel he would do anyone justice who needs assistance and or a replacement unit and at this time I will be using them exclusively.

Description of Work: Allied gave great service and we were so impressed that we also decided to purchase a service contract for our future needs. In addition, since family members have bad allergies, we discussed and bought a whole-house UV sanitizer system for a very good price. They were prompt, courteous, and professional throughout the process of diagnosing our A/C problem and fixed it quickly. There was NO PRESSURE to purchase anything else, we just were so pleased with Allied that we inquired about the other service/products and decided to go with Allied, based on price and past history. David Jacobs was our service engineer, and he is a gem! Personable, knowledgeable, and competent. We are very happy with our Allied experience!

Description of Work: I contacted Angie's list for the services of an a/c company. I cannot speak too highly of Allied. Their rep. came on a weekend evening and. wasn't satisfied until the problem was completely resolved regardless of the late hour. The property in question is a condominium and the thermostat was out - consequently, I was unable to adjust the temperature. Completion of the repair involved tracing the problem to the roof (8 storys up). The technician really knew his stuff! I can highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again in the future.
