Very well. The person conducting the sales was professional, knowledgeable and effective. The product arrive when scheduled and very well installed by another company. I am most pleased with this Absolute Custom Blinds and the company it retained to install the shutters. I would highly recommend. Also, the price was very reasonable.

They came out a few months ago and gave me a quote. I interviewed many and decided to hire them to do the job. I like that when I told the man that came out about one of my slates needed to be fixed. He told me to give him the slat that came out of my vertical ( he didn't sell me that vertical blind) he just took it and fixed it without charging me a cent. His price was very good. It was months before I completed all my other projects and then I called them and told him I was ready to have the new blinds installed. He needed to order some of the material and he called me when it was in and set a date and had them installed. He had the 4 rooms installed in no time. They really work great. I'm glad I choose them to do the job. When the new verticals were installed (they are great) I told him that I needed a weight for one of my old verticals. Before I know it he went to his truck and found a new weight and replaced it on my old blind.

They were timely, professional and fair in their pricing. I would highly recommend them to my friends. We were extremely pleased. They were better than good; they were outstanding.

My elderly mother's living room vertical blinds wouldn't turn anymore so we contacted Absolute. They responded the same day, removed the blinds, repaired it in their vehicle and re hung the blinds. Fixed. Everything works fine now. The biggest thing that stood out was their honesty. They didn't try to sell a new blind to my mother but took care of the repair like a professional. This is definitely a rarity now a days. When it is time to replace something I know where I'll be going.

They were prompt in coming out. They are currently making the blinds and will be coming back out to install them.

Quick efficient work.

The cord in my large shade was broken. I called another well known blind company and was told I would have to remove the shade myself and bring it to the the business. I told them I could not get the shade down, but the person I spoke to said they couldn't come to my home. I called Absolute Custom Blinds. The came to my house the next day. Took the shade,ordered the cord and a few days later came back to rehang the fixed shade. They were wonderful, polite and very helpful.

He was very welcoming when I came into his shop. He fixed the chord for a reasonable price. He was happy to do the work and did it efficiently. I would recommend him to anyone.
