I was able to schedule an appointment on the same day that I called, Jeff arrived during the designated time period, and was able to "diagnose" the problem & fix the refrigerator THAT day. Jeff was a polite professional, and a workman who I was happy to have in my home. The repair was completed by approximately 7:00 that evening, and was fully cooled off in the advised time period of 24 hours.
Description of Work: My refrigerator had stopped working. Because it's a relatively new fridge & not a dinosaur, I thought I should have it looked at. At the time that I called Appliance Pro & spoke to Jeff, I was not sure what was wrong with the appliance.

Description of Work: He took the controls off of my washing machine, lubricated them, and put them back again to get the washer going . He did maintenance on the electrical as well.

+ -1 moreOver the past few years I have used Jeff at A Appliance Pro for repairs on my dishwasher, washer and dryer. Jeff is honest, dependable and very informative. I would trust him with any appliance repair. His rates are extremely reasonable and he does an excellent job, regardless of how large or small the problem is. Frankly, I also trust Jeff when he recommends other service providers. In this last repair the cause of the noise and the dryer drum dragging was caused by a small nail that somehow got between the drum and the housing.
Description of Work: Found cause of noisey dryer and solved problem. This was a small problem and Jeff found the cause immediately.
