Miguel and his crew were meticulous with their work and kept me informed with every step of the process. They completed the project professionally and in a timely manner. I would definitely hire them again.

They did a lot of little things for me in addition to the drywall work and interior painting. They anlso painted the entire exterior of my house, driveway and pool patio. They did a great job and gave me a great deal on the price. I would definitely recommend them and use them again. Everyone was nice and they cleaned up their messes. It was a great experience for me.

Miguel and crew were very efficient in removing the old flooring and installing the new flooring. They were well organized and each day cleaned the areas they had worked in and the surrounding area. The finished project looks great.

Anytime you are doing a home project, it can get crazy. 413 General Construction made this experience a very positive one by constant communication of status by the owner. He was always available if there were questions or issues, which all projects will have. They were very professional and the workmanship from the demolition of tile, cleanup, laying new tile, backsplash and new baseboards was amazing. HIGHLY recommend this company. Very upfront and honest. Definitely will be having them back to eventually do my bathroom remodels. Also following up with this company to have tile sealed and walls repainted. A 6 out of 5 if it were possible!

Miguel and his 413 team were the best! He provided a quick quote, followed up on each question we had through the entire process and made good on all promises and expectations. His professionalism and customer service was beyond expectation. He made sure to work around our tight schedule and completed our projects in minimal time. Our projects included entire house LVP floor installation (demo of carpet and tile areas first) and two complete bathroom demos and remodels. The two bathroom remodels included converting one to ADA compliance standards and the second one was a complete tiling and glass door install after removing the old tile and tub. Miguel was always responsive and on site daily to keep us updated on the project status and make sure we were satisfied with the work. His team was also very courteous and professional. The tiling and floor teams were meticulous with details and finishing touches. They did what they supposed to do.They cleaned up after them selves. The guys were very courteous.I would recommend them to anyone who has this kind of work done.I also would use them again for another job.

Miquel and his crew were awesome! Showed up on time….very professional, courteous….old school customer service. Very reasonable priced. I would hire them back in a second. Kind of wish I had more work for them to do, as I know it will get done the right way and with out any hassle. I can’t say enough about how good they were.

From the beginning Jonathan (Miguel) was very upfront about what needed to be done. He made sure I was involved in every decision. We had to make quite a few changes from what was discussed before the job was started. I ended up replacing the whole bathroom. Of course the price went up considerably. I compared the price of the job to other similar jobs and I feel that the cost was fair. There was a different team for each aspect of the job (tile, drywall, painting etc.) Every team was expletives and professional. They were very good about clean up. All in all I have a brand new bathroom that is beautiful.

Miguel is an extremely conscientious contractor, checking with me at each step to ensure I was satisfied. He and his crew repaired my floor quickly and professionally and at an appropriate price. Miguel is of high integrity and it's good to know he's there should other needs arise.

Miguel did his best to see that everything went well. He's very personable and was very accommodating My building has no parking available as they are putting in a new seawall so they had to drop off equipment and supplies(I bought the tiles) and park their truck elsewhere and do the same thing when they were leaving. He has assured me and called me back today to ask if everything is ok and to call if I had a problem.
