From start to finish, WRB provides excellent service. Clear communication with prompt and accurate response for scheduling. You have to wait your turn on the schedule but then, lo and behold, Bill shows up at the appointed time. The quality of his work is excellent.

Bill was recommended to me by Dan's Fans in Daytona Beach. I couldn't be happier with Bills' work, plus he is a very personable guy! He really seems to know his stuff regarding electrical work, is punctual and explains his work so you know what is going on. He had the ceiling fan installed in less than an hour (And that was starting with a fan that was completely disassembled, no less.) I'd certainly call Bill for any future electrical work or other handyman services I may need in the future.

He explained that my old ones were of very high quality and simple maintenance should keep them working for years to come. He demonstrated what needed to be done. He also used his contacts to figure out a problem with the controls that further bring them back to their old glory. Very pleasant and trustworthy guy to deal with. Would recommend without hesitation.

Bill was recommended by Dan's Fan City to install 17 new fans in our home remodel. Bill is professional, prompt, knowledgable, and very good. My only experience with him is on fan installation, but based on that I would have no hesitation using him for any job he wanted to take on. Bill met with me prior to being offered the job to do a walk through. He offered great advice which helped us to make some final decisions and offered to install a couple of different switches so we could see the difference in operation. We scheduled the installation. He arrived promptly and finished the job earlier than anticipated. He also offered to come back at any time if we had any problems or questions. Highly recommend!

Bill showed up exactly on time. He is very professional and personable and his expertise with installing fans is amazing. When the one fan didn't work, he tore it down until he found out what the problem was, which couldn't be fixed (a bad bearing). Bill is also extremely ethical. When we tried to pay him for the second fan that he spent 45 minutes working on, he wouldn't take the money because he said he didn't finish the job. We thought he just installed fans because we learned about him when we bought a fan at Dan's Fan City, but learned that he is a complete handyman. When we need other handyman work done, we will be sure to call Bill.

I called Bill and he came over and installed the two ceiling fans, to new fan speed switches and had several household projects that needed to be completed. Everything went Great! Bill has a Fantastic Personality and is very helpful. All household maintenance projects in the future go to Bill at WRB Handyman Services.
