Ultra Beauty Inc. SkyFlex Skylights and Solar Fans

We have been extremely happy with our skylights from Ultra Beauty. The sales representative was very supportive with regard to obtaining our HOA approval in our community and obtaining the necessary permits. The installation went very well. Our installer was prompt, very friendly and professional and cleaned up after the job so you wouldn't have known he was even there except for the new bright light in our kitchen and bathroom!

Robert, the installer who came to my house, listened to what I wanted for the skylight over my bed and that was to look up and see the stars at night. Therefore he left the diffuser cover off of the rim on the bedroom ceiling so that I can see through the clear skylight material on the roof. This was greatly appreciated. He even showed me how to install the diffuser cover if I ever want to do that in the future. Also, he placed the skylight over the bathtub in the primary bathroom just exactly where I wanted it. Andrew is a very personable young man. He came as promised and cleaned the Solar Fans and Skylights, making them look brand new. They were five years old and were quite dirty. We couldn't be happier.

Very professional, Had 3 very old sun tubes 20+years replaced. went over every part of the job and options. Installer got here on time and started to work. all three were replaced with 3 to 4 hours. nice job!!! we are very happy with the outcome.

We had issues with the light in our home as we back up against a preserve. We looked at many options and I set up a time and went to inquire. Andrew was the best and kept us informed and options that they offered. At the end of this we purchased 6 skylights and we are very pleased. The installer (Matt) was very helpful in reviewing and where to place them in our home. We are so happy with the end results all around from the quality of the product, Installation, and results.

I made the call after getting information from a neighbor who had used this company. I got prompt personal service. I talked to them on Tuesday and had install Thursday. Very professional, left no questions unanswered and more importantly, left no mess. I will use this company again when I'm ready to install skylights. Reasonable with cost.

They were fast, fairly priced, showed up on time and worked very efficiently. The skylights are absolutely gorgeous and it enhances the room with so much more light now. We would highly recommend them and we would definitely hire them again.

I went to Sky Flex to show them photos of what I thought was a skylight leak to get a estimate on replacing all of my skylights. Much to my surprise, Andrew did not feel that this was a leak from the light at all. He could have easily sold me 4 skylights and been done with it. I would not have known any better but, that is the kind of upstanding and honest people this family run company are ! I have not had anymore problems with the light since making the adjustments they recommended. I would recommend them to anyone wanting honest people, quality products and service to use this company. Andrew Gaffka is an attentive salesperson who was very knowledgable and helpful in the selection of the sun tunnels I purchased. I absolutely love our new SkyFlex skylight in our kitchen.In fact it feels so nice and bright that I feel as if I am constantly leaving the light on. The only company, of the three I contacted, that responded to my query. I am fortunate the others did not respond because I don't think there could have been a better company to do business with. The owners showed us all the skylights they had to offer, the pro and cons of each and did not high pressure us to purchase any specific product. Installation was prompt and professionally done and the installer cleaned up what little dust he had created. Take my word for it, you will be wasting your time trying to find a Skylight provider and installer as good as Ultra Beauty Inc. The Gaffka family are great people and they know how to make customers happy. I will definitely put my reputation on the line to recommend this business.

I contacted Ultra Beauty, and made an appointment for the next day at a certain time. Andrew came at the requested time and answered all my questions Knowing the company, and I was happy with their work and product for so many years without any complains. I did signed the contract The work started at 8am the following day and was completed the next day. As the installer left, I had four bright new light circles under my ceilings and all the debris, as little there was, all cleaned .

Very pleased with the company. When we contacted the company, Andrew was on vacation and was very pleasant and did not hesitate to help us with our purchase. The installation of the skylight did not take very long, and our installer Richard was great. I would recommend Ultra Beauty to any of our friends and family.

The staff of this company are some of the BEST professionals we have dealt with. They originally came out with REAL samples of their work. It was not just flipping through their photos. They had actual salesman samples of their product. Their installer Bob was outstanding in completing the work in a timely manner.
