When I called Tomkatz He came to see the damage that same afthernoon. He gave me a nice quote and asdured me that the job wpuld be done right and in a speedy fashion. I was amazed at the way his crew worked and the quality of everything hat was done. They were professional and very curtious. They made me feel comfirtable in what they were doing. I would recommend them ro anyone who needs. Repairs to their mobile home. In three days My living room kitchen and bathroon were done. They worked non stop and even stayed late one day to make sure my kitchen floor was safe ro walk on. I give then 5 stars for all the work and effort put into their work.

I am a single woman living in a mobile home and I needed my roof repaired from extensive leaking. I called Tom Katz. I had Mike, Phillip and Jason fix leaks in my ceiling that 3 other contractors couldn’t fix. They are thorough and professional as well as polite and will do anything that is needed. They even fixed my screen door that had come apart before they got here. Mike did an emergency repair and then came back with Phillip and Jason to finish the roof and the interior wall where the water came in and warped it. I want to strongly suggest that if you need roof repairs, these are the guys to call. They do above and beyond.

fixing the skirt was okay, but leveling it was a disaster. Windows do not open and there is a split between the two halves. Now I have to pay someone else to level it right. He claimed it wasn't his fault when we called and tried to talk to him about it. He was not willing to fix it right.

Mike came to our home as requested, at the proper time and sat with us. We felt it wasn't a good match at this time. My husband and I had different feelings as to how we needed to re-do the damage. Mold containment was a top priority. WE weren't on the same page. He knew his product line tho and came with a catalog to show us. I wish him luck with other clients.

Only Service provider that returned my call same day! Came the next day, explained everything he was going to do and scheduled for the following week. I received 3 quotes and he was the only one under $1000. Arrived on schedule and completed work well within time frame estimate. Entire crew was knowledgeable and very efficient. They took pictures underneath so we could see what was going on. Mike is a pleasure to talk to and has a great sense of humor. Recommend Highly! Thanks Guys!
