+ -1 moreI was told about tom's plumbing by a coworker, and they had good reviews on here. I called and the price was 150 less than the highest rated plumbers on here so I went with tom's plumbing. I believe it is a family owned business. The father and the son were both friendly and efficient. I still had water in my garage after the hot water heater was replaced and the father came out on a saturday to look at it. The problem was my air conditioner and he didn't charge me to come out.

+ -1 moreA small house fire damaged electrical wiring that fried our hot water heater. Tom's Plumbing responded immediately and came the next day with a replacement water heater in their truck. They removed the damaged water heater and installed the new one within an hour and a half. This was the second time we used Tom's. The first time was to fix a leaky kitchen sink and replace the faucet. Both times we were very pleased with the price, promptness and quailty of work.

Description of Work: Tom did a job for us years ago and we gave his name to a friend last year. They were very happy with him as we were when he did work for us. However this time we did not get an answer when we called so had to go with someome else. We would use Tom again. The date I am submitting for service is approx when we tried to contact him this time.

+ -1 moreWoke up the morning of 8-17-11 to a wet bathroom floor. Determined that the toilet had caused the problem. Contacted Tom's Plumbing. He arrived promptly, went straight to work and had the problem resolved in about an hour.
Description of Work: Toilet tank parts were replaced and the toilet bowl reset.
