+ -1 moretook two trips one to look at the issues my salt water pool system was having and make a plan. Another trip to do the work. They were on time and kept me informed and did great work. I checked their prices and they were in line with other company's in the area. They cleaned up after themselves. My pool looks and runs great again.

Description of Work: Resurfaced entire pool, retiled entire pool, repaired pavers, reestablished pool water balance. Came by daily during work and twice a week during water balance.

However, the detail sheets when service usually indicate everything is good and when we go to use the pool, we identify the issues and have to circle back with them to let them know. Once they are notified, they are responsive, and refer us to other vendors, when necessary, but think they should be more proactive.

If we need a referrel for other services they are always willing to provide names that I can research on Angie's List before employing. If we were not completely satisfied with this service we would not continue to use them year after year for weekly pool maintenance.
Description of Work: The Pool Butler provides pool maintenance weekly at our home. I can count on them to be there whether we are at home or traveling. They contact us when necessary and leave a statement with services rendered each week including chemical levels, etc., of the pool. We will continue to us The Pool Butler.

+ -1 moreHe knows when we are out of town and if there is a dry period he takes the time to add water. If it has rained too much, he takes extra time to syphon water from the pool. If he knows our son's three dogs are out by the pool he comes around to the back and lets them bark to warn us that he is there and then he goes back out to the side of the house to wait while we bring in the dogs. He takes the time to explain things we need to know about our pool, spa and equipment. I recommend The Pool Butler and promise that if you have a problem he will immediately attend to your requests.
Description of Work: The Pool Butler maintains our pool year round and has for several years. We tried several other large corporate companies who did minimal work to keep our pool in top shape. We decided on a local pool company and now many people in our neighborhood use The Pool Butler. He comes every Monday and does whatever is needed to keep our salt water pool "healthy"and ready for our use or for company use at any time. He knows our heating system our irrigation system and trains his new employees to learn those systems as well. He does a thorough and pumctual job each time.
