Description of Work: Our association wasn't very pleased with Mr. Taber. Return phone calls didn't always get returned promptly and we still have a concrete wall that is leaking water. If he had know what he was doing, he would have recommended a water expert or concrete expert come in and check things out before actually painting. However, he did come back and attempt to clean up the issue but this again was after initially painting the concrete and the rusty water marks are still evident.

+ 0 moreThey were outstanding. Their amazing attention to detail stood out the most to me. I am very picky about my painting. They painted more accurately than I would have even painted. They power washed the house beforehand. They power washed the driveway and sidewalks. After the painting, I had a clean driveway and sidewalks to go with it. Their service is very high quality. They were here when they said they would be here.
Description of Work: Taber Painting painted the exterior of the house. They also painted the patio and the patio floor. They also painted the front entryway deck.

Listed below are the steps we observed in the process of completing this home improvement project: Step 1: Inspect the Exterior for Water Damage Step 2: Clean the Surface of the Exterior Step 3: Clean Roof Tiles Step 4: Put Primer Over the Bare Spots Step 5: Install Flashing Over Eaves and Soffits Step 6: Screw in the Flashing Step 7: Start With a Paint Gun Step 8: Repeat Painting with a Roller and Brushes Step 9: Prep and Mask off the Trim Step 10: Prep and Mask off External Lighting Step 11: Prep and Mask off all External Sound System Speakers and Fixtures Step 12: Prep and Mask off all outdoor fans and Pool Area fixtures Step 13: Cover and Secure all outdoor furinure and plants Step 14:Mask off the Trim for the Second Color Step 15: Paint the Trim with the Second Color Step 16: Return to Inspect Work after a week Mr. Taber used the highest quality of Sherwin-Williams paints. He followed up on his work and we have found his work to be impeccable! He is extremely good and conscientious and we would use him again and recommend him to others.
Description of Work: Mr. Joseph Taber of Taber, owner of Top-Notch Painting was painting a neighbor's home when we observed his work. We had been looking for a professional who attended to the small details while painting our home. Our home is approximately 8 years old and has a stucco exterior. It is a Johnson Home and very well built. However, through settling, our home had developed cracks and needed repair and painting. Mr. Taber and his assistants were completely professional and thorough when painting our neighbor's home. We approached him and asked him to provide an estimate and a list of services needed to restore our home to a new condition. He completed the neighbor's home and we discussed his work with them. They were completely satisfied and their home looked beautiful! We obtained other estimates and recommendations and determined that Mr. Taber was best suited for our needs.
