+ -1 moreThis is one of the worst companies to deal with. Check their reviews at yelp and you will find out their true reviews. (it's ONE star) I called for an estimate. The lady answering was so rude and has a bad attitude. They came to measure and it has been over two weeks and no estimate yet. Called in three times to ask if an estimate can be done soon. The lady was so rude and asked me to calm down. I have done nothing but asking her nicely why is it taking too long to get the estimate. I am glad I didn't do the job with them. I didn't see their reviews here. Otherwise, I would not have even called in the first place

+ 0 moreI've used this company for at least the last 8 years. The owner always answers and does his best to fit my schedule. If on occasion one of his guys doesn't perform the work up to standards, as it did once when they had equipment problems, the owner will send them back out to re-do or he will come himself and do it just right. I tried a few other carpet cleaners with coupons years ago, but went right back to Steam Master and don't plan to use anyone else.

+ -1 moreThey did a fine job. I had to call them back, but they did redo it. I have used them for about 10 years. This was the first time it was not to my satisfaction, but they did make it right by redoing it.
