+ -1 moreJustin was very good, very professional, and very nice. They wrapped their feet to make sure not to track in any dirt and they even warned me about slipping on the floor. They were concerned about wiping up the tile because they thought it was linoleum.

+ -1 moreI have used them for many years! They are always good, but they were especially good to me. I had one of the stains come back. I worked on the stain myself, but I'm getting old so I called them and told them about the stain coming back. They said it was no problem, and they came out again free of charge, and now the stain is gone!

Description of Work: Cleaned entire floor in home. The kitchen, dining room, living room, spare bedroom and both baths have tile floors and the master bedroom and guest bedroom are carpeted. The entire house looked great.

+ -1 moreJacob & Jeffrey arrived as scheduled. They walked through our house and made sure they understood what we wanted done and explained the entire process to us as they went. We have a large dog and a cat, which they gladly worked around. As they started cleaning the carpet, we realized how dirty the carpets actually were. Once they were done, the carpet looked just like new. Jacob & Jeffrey cleaned six rooms of carpet and two area rugs in approximately an hour and a half, which is much faster and a much better job that we could have done ourselves. Thank you to Stanley Steemer for having wonderful crews like Jacob and Jeffrey....

+ -1 moreThey showed up on time and were very polite. Except for some spots they did not get out the carpet is clean. I was not happy with the way the put the furniture back. For instant a large file cabinet was turned around and not put where it was before. A desk was put in front of a closet door, I have a heavy couch and it was leaning against the windows. We are senior citzens and can not move heavy furniture without getting help. Under the circumstances I would not use them again.

Description of Work: Had such a great experience in OH that we decided to use them in our vacation home down here. When asking about the grouting colors, they didn't have nearly the selection that I had preferred. I called the location from where we live out of state and they offered to mix the color and send it to this location. The same 2 guys came back to put the grouting in. I was originally quoted $238 for 2 small bathrooms and 1 kitchen. They came in and 1 guys started to clean the floors while the other guy plopped down on the recliner and was doing some kind of paper work. He then came over to me with an estimate of $838 and I about fell over! I pulled the plug immediately and was extremely disappointed. They need to work on their estimate skills because a quadrupled cost is ridiculous! We ended up buying 2 bottles of grout for $11 each and did it ourselves. It looks beautiful. I would use them for carpet cleaning, but not for grouting in the future.
