After the technician left, the owner called and said he was altering what the technician had recommended. The owner wanted to make sure what he installed would take care of our moisture problem. We were very pleased with the customer care we recieved and the product is working great. We would definitely recommend this company to anyone with heating/AC/electrical needs.
