I have used this company for over 20 years. They are very professional and respond to service requests promptly. June, who answers the phone, is always friendly and works to get a service person to you as quickly as possible. I have now signed up for a yearly inspection from their company in hope of preventing future problems.

They arrived, spent 1 hour (two people ) looking for leaks. I was with them, and the leaks were so small that if they had not have been so thorough, they would not have found them. After the leaks were found, it was determined that the coil had to be replaced. It was under warranty. When the unit arrived from the manufacturer, they came back, installed the coil,went over the system, and left. The owner of the business stopped by the following day to check on the repair, and make sure that everything was satisfactory. I would add that we had previously received an estimate to do the same work (under the same warranty) from another company in the area for $1200.

They are first class. Above and beyond the call of duty. I received several quotes, all of which were much higher. The compressor was defunct in a 4 year old unit. Port Orange researched warranty issues and found that the compressor was under warranty. I was only charged labor.
