Pillar to Post was recommended by my realtor. I was onsite at the time of inspection. They were extremely thorough and honest. Pictures were taken of all issues, including an infrared picture of the electrical panel to determine if there were any overheating issues. Infrared was also use to check for any water damage invisible to the naked eye. They checked everything from roof to floor. If it was visible, they caught it. Unfortunately, the seller wasn't able to get the water turned on in time for the inspection. Pillar to Post completed all other aspects of the inspection and came back on a later date to check the plumbing. They were very easy to deal with, I have color pictures showing all problems that need addressing, and I feel confident in my purchase of the house now.
Description of Work: Premuim inspection package, along with a four point inspection and wind mitigation on a house I'm buying.
