Brian with Next Level saved the day. We had reached out to another HVAC company after our unit died, only to get the sales pitch with no pricing or timeline given after two home visits. Brian was forthright and timely. We got a quote the following day and he had us up and running in less than a week which is impressive given the supply chain issues. He did not sell me what we didn't need. He gave an honest opinion about our ductwork but did not hard sell me on anything. I appreciated the recommendation and the new unit is up and running nice and quiet. So appreciative of this level of customer service. A good price, timely service, and very pleasant.

Brian was very Knowledgeable. He found the problem within minutes and had our air conditioning up and running in about an hour. I am going to tell all of my friends and family about this company !! Excellent!!

Brian Wood was very personable and professional. He checked everything thoroughly because the nest thermostat was not working properly he found that there was a short in some wire outside and he needed to replace the board and that was on Saturday so he set me up with emergency heat till Monday and when he came back he worked until he had everything working correctly. I felt that his pricing was reasonable and will use him again if I have any other problems with my furnace or air conditioning.

Brian with Next Level was fantastic. I called Saturday night after my AC unit completely died. He was at my house early Sunday morning and performed an inspection to confirm I truly needed a new unit. By Sunday night he was able to to confirm he was able to get a completely new unit and would have it late Monday. He came out Tuesday morning at 8am (at the time he stated he would be there). By Tuesday early afternoon I had AC and it works perfectly for my home. In addition he followed up to make sure everything was good and asked if I had any questions. I would highly recommend Next Level Mechanical without hesitation.

We've had problems with our AC for over 3 yrs and Brian is the first technician whose fixed the source of the problem. He identified the issue immediately and made other adjustments which improved airflow and cooling throughout our home.

Awesome SERVICE !!! Had an issue with our blower motor on a Friday morning .. Called up Next Level who was referred from a friend of the family . They were on site by the afternoon and basically already new what was going on and had the parts in stock and in his van .. SO THERE WAS NO .. SEE YOU TOMORROW! Showed up on time. Diagnosed my issue in minutes and had my AC blowing cold again in no time. Explained my capacitor went bad (common) but also recommended a booster to help the new one last longer. The outside unit starts smoother now. Highly recommend Next Level!
