Description of Work: Did not have the diagnostic equipment to truly determine what was wrong with my washing machine - I had already replaced 2 of the 4 circuit boards and it was a guess on which one of the remaining two was the bad one. Had already spent over $400 in circuit boards, did not want to keep throwing money at a maybe. Since technician could not accurately diagnose, decided to donate the dryer for parts and went out and bought a new washing machine. The repairman was nice but just not what I needed.

Description of Work: My inlaws live an hour away from me and needed help when their dishwasher broke. I called Rich with Mr. Appliance of Daytona, and he helped get their dishwasher back up and running.

+ -1 moreThey answered the phone and he came out right away and he has been here for six hours and he is a really nice guy. They did a good job. They are friendly people. He was friendly and the girl on the phone was friendly. He was very professional. I am very pleased. I probably would use him at my house.
