+ -1 moreLowe's Home Improvement hired Mr. McKenzie to install 22 windows in a home for an elderly lady who is now deceased. We bought the home from her son and in June of 2019, my general contractor discovered alleged defects in the window installation previously concealed from discovery due to interior and exterior trim. The contractor was made aware of the situation but has thus far been unwilling to examine the evidence or provide insurance information. A complaint has recently been filed with the Florida Construction Industry Licensing board which is unresolved at this writing.
Description of Work: 22 windows were replaced

Description of Work: Purchased storm door at Lowes, paid Lowes to install, Lowes sent McKenzie's. They were nice, professional, knew what they were doing. Showed up when they said they would. Good workmanship, value for the money.
