It was pure hell. He stuck us. Our yard was torn up and he didn't repair it. We had to do it out of pocket, we go t a crack, the doors weren't right, etc. I could go on and on, it was terrible. The overall finished product now is fine but it was hell getting here. He was so rude to me and disrespectful to me, I gave him a list of what needed to be done and when I gave it to him and the men who were working on the screen over our pool were out there working at the time. Scott McCarthy was so rude to me, disrespectful and yelling that one of the guys almost came down off the ladder to deal with him. Anything I had to ask him or tell him anything he was so rude, it was awful working with him. He is horrible and if anyone hires him for a remodel they will be sorry. We gave him the initial draw and then a second one. He took his money out of the first two draws so that when the job was final there was no money to hold back because all the money needed to go to the subs. He had a huge dumpster out there that dug holes into our yard, we had to spend a lot of money on grass, sod and weed control. He used his brother in laws company to put the pool in so whenever we have problems we just call Scott, but when we call he doesn't return them or come back.
