Description of Work: I had my car washed and waxed, inside cleaned up. I noticed some pretty bad swirl marks on my hood, when I asked about that they responded that they don't buff those out, that's extra. I wouldn't be so upset except those marks all over my hood weren't there before they got to it and then try and charge extra to get rid of them. This is what the website said they would do - Swirl free hot hand wax and stripping application to reveal factory paint
