Lucky Ducts

I would like to highly recommend Lucky Ducts. They were so knowledgeable, professional and honest. We had asked for dryer duct/vent cleaning as well as A/C duct cleaning as we had no idea how good or bad they were as we are not the original owners. They did the dryer ducts and made sure it was working properly. They inspected the A/C and said it was pretty clean and recommend checking it again next year. They could have easily done it for the money, but were truthful and saved me money for not doing it unnecessarily at this time. It’s so refreshing to have a company respond quickly and care about their customers.

I was very pleased with Keith and his helper, both of which were very easy to talk with, explained each step of the process, they arrived as scheduled, did the job under quote, and did a truly professional job including clean up. Cleaning duct work is a tedious job when done correctly, took almost 5 hours. They started by covering up all the vents, then hooked the supply side of the air handler unit which is located in the garage to a huge vacuum, the next thing they did was start on the supply duct furthest from the air handler, checked the integrity of the duct work, then one by one removed the vent and in each supply duct was inserted a compressed air octopus tool that loosen the dirt and sent it on it's way to the vacuum in the garage. Then each supply vent was removed again, washed and reinstalled. Then Keith showed me the amount of dirt debris in the vacuum unit which was collected just from the supply vents. They then switched the vacuum unit over to the return side and starting again with the furthest return duct and one by one in each return vent was inserted a compressed air octopus tool that loosen the dirt and sent it on it's way to the vacuum, again afterwards each return vent was removed again, washed and reinstalled. Again Keith showed me the amount of dirt debris in the vacuum unit which was collected just from the return vents. After all the ducts were cleaned, they vacuumed the floors around the vent areas and as a final step they injected an anti bio treatment in the system that left the whole house smelling very pleasant and fresh. Folks even though I've explained all the steps, duct cleaning is not for amateurs. Amazing company that knows about customer service. In addition to the knowledgeable and professional service of cleaning ducts in our home, Keith and Robert were friendly (not annoying!) personable and polite. Never felt uncomfortable. Keith explained the process as they performed, kept us involved the entire time and unbelievably, no mess at all. Companies these days forget about the customer and were very refreshing. I would highly recommend Lucky Ducts. They left a card and gift thanking us for our business which was a unexpected and kind gesture. Offered to help me carry in groceries; even our dog approved! How do I give 10 stars to this service?? I have never felt more secure in hiring a professional service before, during, and especially after the one we just received from Lucky Ducts. Keith REALLY knows what he is doing, and it has been confirmed by several trusted contractors we've already dealt with. We have two units, both with mold growth, and one considerably so. They are now spotless. There was minimal dust from the thorough vent cleaning as well because his methods are smart. Seriously the only dust we had was from the grills in our two-story ceilings that I could never reach to clean. He bombed the units and vents with an antimicrobial that lasts 10 years, and he even offers a choice of scent lmao. Sure! In the end he tried to vacuum and I sent him home instead; he had done enough! Seriously, the amount of service we received was worth more than what he quoted. This same job in Chicago would have cost us well over $1k due to the high ceilings alone. Sooo glad I took a chance on a company with no reviews yet. Thank you, Keith!
