Description of Work: I had water escaping from a glass shower installed by the former owner of my house. I contacted Jeff by after finding Lore on the web and i contacted him by email and he came out the next day to discuss the improvements which helped, replace the vinyl flap at door bottom, add a dam strip, and plastic guards along the sides. This was not a very big job, but they were very professional and responsive. My only quibble was the dam strip was seamed and not a single piece. (cosmetic).
