His son actually did it, and it took four hours. It was ok, but it just took a little longer than expected.

They were on time and professional and I was very pleased with the work. Leo's son Jessie was amazing and I was glad that he came out to do the work. I am going to be using them again to paint my balcony railing and to stain the fence.

Showed up on time, Was very knowledgeable, worked hard and was detail/quality oriented. Would recommend and use in the future.

. Mr. Paquin and Jesse returned the next day and restored my bedroom/office to its natural order. I hired Mr. Paquin to return on 4/9/15 to preform other work and Jesse stated he would call me for other painting Jesse did a good job of painting the bedroom/office, and I would hire him again. Mr. Paquin has done work for me in the past. His work is impeccable! He is thorough, neat, and very professional. Mr. Paquin met me at Lowe's to purchase and pick up the supplies needed for this service. He loaded all of the supplies into his truck and brought them to my house. His prices are very reasonable. He will be doing additional work for me in the future. I would use no one else. It is for these reasons that I would highly recommend him.

I contacted him with a small list of things I wanted him to estimate and perhaps perform. He contacted me through e-mail, informed me he was tied up with a job, but would call me within days to arrange a date to meet with me. He never did.

Leo was polite. He could not do some of the jobs I had asked for. Example: flip mattress on king-sized bed. I can accept this, but am disappointed. He arrived on time for scheduled appointment, but I had to wait for scheduling appointment as he had no other jobs in my area for a while. He advertised that he worked in my area. * I am undecided about whether I would use him again. The price was reasonable, the work was mostly satisfactory --scratched wood floor pulling out refrigerator for cleaning behind it even though I asked him if I should cover the floor before he began. He did cover the floor in front of the freezer which is in another room. I am anxious to have the panel replaced on the garage. If he returns soon, I will let him do the job. If not, I will look elsewhere.

All work done to perfection and in time frame I required.I was away and dealing with Leo by phone worked just fine.I now am working on a new list as I am redoing much of my house.

As noted above, he came to do the estimate in around August 10th, 2014, but disappeared and has never followed up to date ( Oct 25. 2014.

Wasted my time, Excuse's, Zero followup! I totally understand if one if you didn't want to do one of the job's, but not to follow up on the others is just inexcusable!

I'm very pleased with the results, and reasonable priced. He was very neat, efficient, professional and competent. I certainly call him again.

Leo did the job as agreed to and all went well. We would definitely use him again.

.He came for interview and it didn't go well as described above. We still haven't had the work done. We will be back in Florida in November and will try again.

This was a great experience. I contacted Leo through the Angie's List site and he responded very quickly. His price was more than fair. He even was kind enough to pick up the doors that I'd ordered and paid for at Lowes. He said that he did his work as though he were doing it for his own home and this ethic clearly showed in the work done for me. I would definitely use him again and would refer friends to him.

All went very well. Water was coming into my bathroom from my window over the weekend and I needed somebody that day to come and fix it. He agreed to coming over after he got through with the job he was working on, but said it would be late. He didn't get here at his estimated time-frame, but did call me to let me know. When he arrived, he went right to work on the issue and was done within an hour. It rained the next several days, but no water into my bathroom. He was super good.

At the end of May, my 12' closet rod came crashing down with all my clothes and items that were on the shelf above the clothes! I looked on Angie's List for a handyman, found Leo's name and read his reviews! They were very positive so I gave him a call and explained my predicament with the closet rod. I also described some other, more minor, things that needed to be fixed! Leo recognized that I really needed to get that rod up ASAP and in spite of the fact that he had other jobs pending, he found time to come out and put the rod back up for me. Most of the screws were pulled completely out of the wall so he took extra care to make sure it was installed securely by using molly bolts. He did a super job! He returned a week later and completed all the other less pressing jobs that I needed done. I'm very pleased with all the work that he did and I found his prices to be reasonable. He was very prompt, friendly and very professional and knowledgeable about how to do the plumbing and carpentry work that I needed done and I would certainly use his expertise again and recommend him to anyone who needs most any type of work done.

Had him reinstall laundry room bi folding door that kept falling outta the track. He was prompt and got it done in timely fashion. He was very reasonable $$$ wise so I felt he deserved a tip.

For the second time I used him, I thought he was okay but his price went up. He said that it was because of the mileage from driving around and he is a handyman. So he is off my list. I think it was too insensitive. He charges by the hour so he is not really fast. He took care of the job but he was just not as good as the first time around. The price was too high which made it a problem. I would probably use him again if he gives his price upfront.

I feel that his prices seem fair. I have met with them. I am doing this long distance. We have been emailing and he is absolutely fabulous.

We were prepping our townhouse to be placed on the rental market. We had many things that needed to be done and Leo did a fantastic job! He took care of removing the culligan salt system plumbing, repaired drywall, replaced baseboards, installed cabinet hardware, replaced doorknobs, repaired nail holes and repainted walls, fixed sliding glass door and many other small "fix it" type repairs. He was very detail oriented, VERY clean with his work and the finished product was top notch. He is on time and his estimate was accurate. He promptly returned phone calls to me and kept me updated as the work was done (we are a few hours away and not always on site). Overall, Leo was a joy to do business with and the ONLY handyman I will call in the future or refer my friends to.

Leo did a beautiful and professional job. His price is very reasonable. He communicates well by phone calls or texts. He's great to work with and very personable. We will continue to work with him. He has provided us with written estimates on several other household projects we need done.

He is very conscientious of his work and stays until it is finished. His work is quality work. He took all the debris with him when he left which is very helpful.
