 + -1 moreExceeded expectation! Inspector (Matt) was on time, professional, knowledgeable, methodical, patient in explaining issues, attentive to detail. Showed me a number of items I would have never noticed myself. Also got the detailed report with photos of all items to be addressed to me in plenty of time to use in discussions with the seller.

 + -1 moreIt went very well. When I got to the house, he was on the roof. When I left the house, he was crawling around underneath it. He checked out every inch of the place and told me what worked and what was supposed to work better.
Description of Work: I was planning to buy a manufactured home in a local park and decided to go for a full home inspection. The sales agent assured me that the home had already been inspected and another inspection wasn't necessary. Matt's inspection and subsequent report was very thorough and extremely detailed, and he had my reports to me later that same day. He also provides, if you want it, a sub-contractor who does termite inspections for an additional charge. I was glad of that too. He did a 4-point inspection report as required by the insurance company.

He was professional, thorough and carefully went over each of the areas of potential concern. I received detailed reports the very next day. His wind mitigation report was able to save me nearly $800 off my insurance quote. Korr and Company provided me with exceptional customer service.
