They are excellent and we will continue to use them.

They showed up the first day when they were supposed to. Instead of cutting trees piece by piece, he proceeded to cut the trees at the base and let them fall across the road. Nearly took out our neighbors mail box, our mail box and another neighbors cars. Contractor then did not return for 10 days to finish. While on site, contractor began cutting low branches on other trees and promptly dropped one branch through the roof of the shed causing a large gaping hole. Contractor left with majority of tree cleaning not done, hole not even tarped to keep pout the rain and to date has not been back to repair the shade or complete job (2 weeks later). Contractor did not even notify me that he had damaged the shed. Luckily I discovered the problem the same day. Contractor refuses to return calls even though 10 messages have been left over the last two weeks. And to top it all off - I had to pay someone else to remove the debris he did cut down even though he was already paid for it. Never again will I use this company.
