When we decided to move from Kansas City to Palm Coast Florida, our local realtor in Kansas City connected us with Terri Hinks of Gaff's Realty. When we arrived in Florida, Terri was flexible and available, and after two days, we found a great house that met the criteria that was important to us. Terri, being experienced in the competitiveness of the local market, suggested we sign a contract before we left the showing. I found a home, the inspection was done, the paperwork was gotten to me in a timely manner. Also, everything was explained at my level of understanding. I had limited funds but Bobby worked just as hard for me as if I was spending a million dollars. I found the home that fits me needs because of Bobby's patience and availability to me.

While we did not follow through with the purchase due to issues found during the Home Inspection, Kevin was very professional, punctual and extremely helpful. He is, without question, the best realtor we have ever encountered. We will be using Kevin as we move forward to locate another property.
