This company is both professional as well as very customer friendly. They came out very quickly after Hurricane Milton. Did a full inspection on our unit that decided to stop functioning today. The company owner refused to accept any payment since the system was working fine. Will highly recommend them.

The employees and owners care about what they do and are ready to help. They are easy to contact and to talk to. Last year, I hired them to move the condensation drain line because some other company who installed the AC had it overlapping in front of the water heater. I couldnâ t replace the water heater because of that other companyâ s poor workmanship. Extra AC put the drain line in its proper place and I was able to replace the aging water heater. I then subscribed to their semi-annual maintenance and have been very happy with them. Recently, I had to have both the AC and water heater removed for closet repairs, they did the uninstall and reinstall of both. I will continue to rely on Extra AC for my HVAC needs.

They replaced our ducts with larger capacity ducts. Also cleaned blower fan. Very organised and efficient. Cleaned all debris in the house. We are very pleased with Extra Air and highly recommend them. Our system is working much better.

Very hard-working guys installed my mini-split AC very quickly. They also had to adjust the electrical panel.

I have used them twice already for their services.

Job was done quickly and correctly

I have given this rating because the service man did a good job, but when the job was done and I was supposed to get my 20% off the job the tech ran my credit card but did not put in the discount. He called the office and they said that they would send me a check for the refund. Well they never sent the check and when I called them to inquire about it they did not care and have never sent a refund check. Angi is to blame also because I brought the problem to them and they would not try to help in any way. So I ask this question? Why should I continue to use the Angi service if they are not willing to stand up for there customer which is me? Why pay for a service that is supposed to help me get money off on a job but in the end they do nothing ? So I give Angi a one ? also! So you can stop sending me all the stupid emails about doing jobs and what jobs my neighbors are doing! If I decide to do another job I will get ahold of you if I want to. Or not!!
