EAST COAST POOLS-LICENSED

My motor quit on my pool system. It was on a week-end. I called a couple of the BIG companies and Romeo at East Coast. Within 3 hours, Romeo was at my house, checking out the motor and discussing options for changing up the system. I wanted to get rid of solar panels on the roof which really didn't work and get a heater. We talked and over the next couple of days we talked more and he answered all my questions. Within 1 day of making my decision to work with him, he had a detailed proposal in my hands. Within a week he and AJ were at my house starting the install. They removed the entire system and installed the new one in a couple of days (hauled away all the junk). He does his own work and has a vast knowledge of pool and spa systems. He is awesome and I appreciate his professionalism and expertise. I would recommend him to anyone who needs "pool help". His proposal was right on and I did not pay a dime for "unexpected problems". We have a pool which is 50 years old and needed a lot of work, they filled in voids, fixed old repairs and resurfaced it with Diamond Brite. They helped up pick out new tiles. It looks better that we had imagined. They were on time, They were friendly and listened to our questions.They called us back when we contacted them. They cleaned up after themselves.
