They detailed one car but they never came back to detail the other one. I paid for them to clean them both and they still owe me that second detailing. I have talked to them since and they promised to take care of that. They have yet to fulfill that promise.

He did a good job once he came back after a problem with the appointment. (The office forgot to put the address where he was supposed to go to. He couldn't reach them til they opened at 9am, but he was supposed to be here for my 9 am appointment!. We had to reschedule.) He tried to talk me out of cleaning the inside windows (which is included in the price).

They were on time on both visits. They were professional & we asked them to use certain products that we supplied they were graciously amendable. They worked very hard & did a great job & were very friendly & pleasant.

Summary: Tech did a good job detailing the car, but customer service/scheduling leave a lot to be desired. Details: I scheduled my wife's car to be detailed on Valentine's Day as a surprise gift for her. I was called the day before and told their generator broke and they would not be able to detail the car. I was told they would refund half the purchase price (which was never done) and call me after the generator had been fixed to reschedule the appointment. I didn't hear from them for two weeks, so I called and was able to schedule a new appointment. That appointment go rained out so I scheduled another day. That morning I received a call that they wouldn't be coming because it was raining in Daytona. We live in Palm Bay and had clear blue skies. It was not supposed to rain here until late in the evening, but they still would not come down to perform the service, so I was again forced to reschedule. The car was finally detailed over a month after the original appointment. Ken, the service tech, did a good job on the cleaning. There were some smears left of the chrome that needed to be wiped off, but he did polish out the majority of the scratches on the front of the car.

It was amazing! Mark the associate that came was very polite and professional. The work he did was amazing. The car looked better then went we took it off the sales lot. We will definitely will use this service again. I use my vehicle all the time and I have two young children. My car is a wreck sometimes and the way it looked after this service was unbelievable, it looked brand new! Thank You EMS for your amazing services!!!!

EMS Mobile Detail showed up not only on time, but early, you don't see that often anymore! The gentleman that cleaned my vehicle was very polite and very thorough! He detailed my wife's vehicle and brought it back to new, and let me tell you, that isn't easy, having 2 children! Great job EMS Mobile Detail, you have a client for life now!

I contacted Reese to come out and do a detail of my truck. He came to my office while i was working, was able to do a full detail in and out, and he and his team did an amazing job. I have had several details from him since, and they do not disappoint. I would highly recommend them, and if nothing else, give a detail as a gift! These guys are top notch!

My Armada was a disaster from 4 kids and an owner whom is always to busy to clean it . (Me) � He not only made my car look like it just stepped off the showroom, he went above and beyond to remove the nasty spot from where the gate at my complex scuffed my whole right side. I am completely satistfied and in awe of how my baby looks. Thank you so much. Will never go anywhere else ever again.

Called to see if we would like them to come an hour earlier (which was better for us). Were very nice & friendly. Washed & waxed & detailed my car inside & out & did a great job. Came on time .

Shoddy work. Places where wax didn't remove grime. When I pointed it out it cleaned up. Interior was not done properly. Places were missed. Just overall a **** job. Manager promised to come to my house for follow on work and didn't keep his appointment. Called and left a message asking him to call me. Did not call.

Not as good as the past experience. Rub down of polish was not complete, window moldings were not completed, and interior door edges not finished.

Nice young man and he did a good job. Just found some areas after he left that he missed and with a little extra effort could've caught.

Not well at all. He left streaks on the hood and on the inside of the door panels. My sister witnessed it. Said he used old towels to clean with. Had to borrow a ladder from my brother in law to get to he top of the car. He poured a bucket of something on the lawn by the mailbox and killed the grass. A spot about 1ft in diameter

they told me they don't service my area but I never got a refund for something I never received. kr

I never heard from them. They didn't show up for the appointment. The office sent me a screenshot of the text they sent to me, but it was sent to my landline so it never got back to me. I gave them 3 business days to get back to me but they did not. I have cancelled the deal and requested a refund for Angie's List
