After trying to clear the drain and trap under the kitchen sinks, we called Steve of Drain Surgeon. He came the next morning right as scheduled and performed the drain clearing neatly, efficiently, and without any mess. He was in and done in less than an hour. Nice man too.

Steve was really great on the communications. He answered the phone personally and gave a fair price and since our situation was a maintenance cleaning instead of an emergency said he'd call when he was in the area in the next few days. Steve called the next morning to say he'd be in our area after another job and that he'd call in a couple of hours when he was on his way to our house. He called right on time to say he was on his way and would arrive in 10 minutes. Upon arrival Steve was polite, professional and got right you work. He was in and out in no time with limited disruption and found some construction debris in the line from the new bathroom that could have been a potential problem in the future. Thank you Steve! I would highly recommend Steve for drain cleaning and any plumbing project and will surely call him again if the need arises.

I called the Drain Surgeon for a clogged toilet. Steve was here 3 hours later! He had our plumbing fixed in 15 minutes. He was very professional. I would not hesitate to call him again! Highly recommended!

After joining Angie's List on Monday, I called Steve at The Drain Surgeon on Tuesday afternoon. Although he would have been able to come that day, I made the appointment for Tuesday morning between 9 and 9:30. Steve said he'd call in the morning to let me know he was on his way. I thought to myself, we'll see; however, at 9 am he called and he was there at approximately 9:30 a.m. He was very pleasant and professional and got right down to work. I told him of a previous disastrous experience I did not want repeated and decided to take a chance on Angie's List. He was at the top of the list with raving reviews. He was there approximately 1 hour and charged me only $90 and provided me with an invoice. He was neat about it all and cleaned up after himself. I would definitely call him again in a heartbeat and recommend him to friends and family.

I called Steve on a Saturday afternoon to see how soon he could come out to help us. He said he would be out in about an hour. He showed up on time and was able to correct the problem. I was very pleased with his quick response and professionalism. His price was reasonable especially since it was later on a Saturday. My Brother and I own a commercial building which was built in 1957. We have recently refurbished the building and currently have it leased to two tenants. Our tenants were experiencing plumbing problems with the drainage of sinks & toilets. We tried to clear the lines ourselves but more intense for the equipment or expertise we had. Contacted Steve, owner of The Drain Surgeon, who responded as though we were his only client. Steve was able to identify the problem and within an hour have both Tennants up and running without any hinderance to them conducting business as usual. Steve is very Professional, an Expert within his field and I would recommend him and his work for any personal or commercial drainage issue.

I had a partially clogged main drain line. Steve (the owner) was the only one of 3 contractors I called that answered the phone and he advised that he would be able to call me back for me details in about an hour. He did and then was able to come out the same day. He was courteous, professional and eager to fix my problem. He listened to the symptoms and my thoughts on the subject and then together we found the homeowner's sewer access port, which was grown over and had a big root on top of it. He was able to clear the blockage and we tested multiple faucets to make sure it was really clear. If I had the same issue I wouldn't hesitate to contact this contractor and highly recommend. I thought the price was very reasonable for the service provided. Very happy!

7We had had a heavy rain which causes one of our main sewer lines to backup and force sewage into people's homes. We placed a call to the Drain Surgeon who arrived in approximately 1/2 hour. He snaked out the main sewer line to remove a clog and allow the toilets and tubs inside the homes to drain freely. This is a frequent occurrence at our location and we can always count on the Drain Surgeon to "bail" us out in short order, including nights and weekends when the backups seem to occur most often.

I manage a homeowners’ association. We have a sewer line that serves 12 units. It keeps backing up into the homes. The Drain Surgeon comes out and cleans the main sewer line outside the units. The owner's name is Steve Clark. Everybody here knows him as the Drain Surgeon. If we call him during the weekends there is an additional service charge for after hours work. He is a very open, honest Christian man. He gives quotes upfront, so we know if we want to continue with the work or not. There is no high pressure when dealing with him. When he goes on vacation he always has a backup available, so that we are not left high and dry. We have actually had to use his backup service. They are comparable to the Drain Surgeon himself. He has already given us a quote for a permanent repair on the job that we keep calling him out for.
