When Dennis came to look at our pool project he wore work boots and clothes. Having worked in construction, I knew we were dealing with a true hands on guy. I liked that. Of the 5 designs we got from different companies, Dennis's was our favorite. We liked that it contained the largest pool and particularly the largest screen enclosure proposed by any of the companies. In addition, our Air Force son was planning his wedding here and requested the pool be completed before the wedding date for the groom's dinner / party. Dennis was the only contractor who said he would absolutely finish the pool on time. And he did, with several weeks to spare. In the months since completion we have only had a problem with the lights (not Cypress Creek's fault). And Dennis has been more than willing to help get the warranty people out to do the repairs. After several months, the pool still looks great. Thanks.

Denise was a pleasant individual and very receptive to our changes when we first met with her. When we changed the layout of the cabinets we requested on several occasions that she change her computer model. She said don't worry about it she will get it done correctly. She called on a Monday to confirm the layout and when we showed up after installation it was incorrect. The contractor said that is what she said for the layout. We now have new cabinets with plastic plugs where the water and drain was already drilled. Additionally she said she had a countertop contractor we could use and if we gave her the 50% deposit she could get us a 10% discount. We contacted the countertop contractor on several occasions and they said they did not need a deposit because they have worked with Denise previously. We tried to give a deposit but they said they didn't need it. When our contractor went to request the measurement they said it would take 3-4 weeks which is much longer than Denise said it would take. We used a different countertop contractor that was great. To make things even better, Denise called after everything was done and left a very aggressive message stating she did not recommend the countertop contractor and said if we decided not to use her because of that that it was our issue since she said she didn't do countertops. I ask the question - if she didn't recommend a countertop contractor than why did she offer a 10% discount to use them and have her collect the first payment. Also she doesn't listen to her customers regarding cabinet layout and now we ended up with extra holes in our bathroom cabinets because she doesn't listen. When you look at the picture it is not grossly significant it is the fact that we paid for a new cabinet and asked her to correct her drawings and then told her the correct way verbally and she still made the mistake. She doesn't pay attention to detail. Be careful if you have a major remodel with her and she tries to wing it.

Instead of saying "I don't know how to build a fireplace" or "I don't want to build a fireplace" I was led to believe that this project was going to take place and lost weeks of time looking for someone who did want the job. This provider and his wife have very poor manners!!!

We were very unhappy the way the contract was handled and the quality of the services. If we did this project again we would not select this company.
