+ -1 moreHe was very professional and gave excellent advice. Although I confused the appointment dates, when contacted, he immediately adapted his schedule to arrive during the home inspection. Although we did not purchase the home due to extensive repairs needed on the property, Blake gave excellent advise and offered several alternative bathroom remodel designs that would meet my needs. I would use Blake again in the future and recommend him for any one looking for an honest, straight forward contractor.
Description of Work: Contacted Blake to give estimate on bathroom remodeling. He was very professional and gave excellent advice.

+ -1 moreI am very pleased with the outcome of this remodel and would highly recommend Cougle Construction for any remodeling projects being considered, based on this experience. I believe the price for this job was fair.
Description of Work: Leaky bathroom wrap-over window that could not be replaced. Over a period of time, water leaked down from window between exterior brick wall and tile around large oval cultured marble bathtub. After checking with several contractors and window specialists, Mr. Cougle was the only one who knew how to solve my unusual dilemma. Portions of the roof, ceiling, walls and window were reconstructed; tile & wallpaper removed and walls repainted. Fortunately, I had some leftover new tiles, from 20 years ago, that matched the shower at the other end of the room. Mr. Cougle came up with an innovative way to create a new cathedral ceiling, a beautiful window, and a Corian ledge around the tub setting off the new tile. Mr. Cougle's ingenuity and attention to detail was even more than I expected. His crew was professional , showed up on time, and was courteous and conscientious. After they completed the project, they left the room in immaculate condition.
