Excellent! Jason had my pc back in a few days and just like I wanted it. He walked me through what he had accomplished and it was just what I asked for. BTW Jason already has lots of positive reviews. That's why I trusted giving him my New PC. He did great work and I will hire him again.

What more can I say? He was very patient with this old lady who does not like changes and puts "everything" on her computer, including business information. Since I don't have a grandson nearby, I am most thankful and blessed to have Jason.

First let me say that I had several other computer technicians out to try and solve these problems. One had never heard of "passport" for backups and needless to say...they no sooner left the driveway and my computers were down again. I know I could have called them back again to see if they could resolve it...but if they didn't know what they were doing the first time, why continue to compound the problem. I searched Angie's list and found Jason Hubbard at Computer Rooter. Jason Hubbard is a genius!!! He can walk on water as far as computer knowledge is concerned. Minutes after his arrival, my computers were printing just fine, he was able to retrieve all my things in my backup that I was unable to access, he advised me that AT &T (which is my internet carrier) provides McAfee Security software for up to 4 computers (FREE) as long as your internet provider is AT &T. He then installed McAfee on both of my computers. He also assisted me with my struggles with Microsoft Office. He tutored me on things I was struggling with. He did not try to sell me anything I did not need....and all of this for $50. He didn't make me feel rushed and was concerned that I was happy and satisfied, before he left. He is the best kept secret as far as computer service is concerned. I will keep his business card and continue to use him and recommend him highly to all my friends and acquaintances. You cannot go wrong if you call Jason Hubbard at Computer Rooter. More businesses need to offer the quality. I HAD TAKEN MY COPUTER TO THREE DIFFERENT PLACES TO BE REPAIRED. I WAS RIPPED OFF. Computer still run slow. Computer rooter had it over night and it operates like the day I purchased it Jason, the owner IS A VERY HONEST, RELIABLE PERSON AND THE SOME.

Jason saved my behind. My computer was so Sloooowww. After a few days with him it is running better than new.
