Complete Steam Services

Complete Steam Services did an excellent job steam cleaning all the carpeting in my mother's home in Port Orange. The owner Patrick was professional, conscientious and thorough. We are very pleased with the work that was done and would certainly hire them again!

Patrick, owner owner of Complete Steam Services did a great job in cleaning all the carpeting in our 3 bd 2 bth condo after a recent kitchen renovation. He explained how he would clean our carpets and a price. He even called us in the evening and asked us how it looked and was the carpet dry. Will definitely use again.

Patrick was very polite, knowledgeable, on time and worked efficiently even with myself and my dog in the house. The carpets were in rough shape where there was a lot of traffic and there where some stains. For the most part the carpets looked pretty good when they dried and of the dirt and stains came out of the carpets. I only wished that around the dinning table had come out as good as the rest of the carpets but it is a high traffic area especially for the dog. I have had the carpets cleaned before from another company and it took a couple of days for the carpets to dry. However, when Patrick cleaned them the carpets were pretty much dry by the time I went to bed. When I need the carpets cleaned again I will call Patrick again.

The provider was punctual, personable and generous with advice on maintaining carpets and my other upholstered pieces. When I asked about cleaning my upholstered couch, he explained how I could maintain it to avoid the need for frequent professional cleaning. I would recommend Complete Steam Cleaning as a good buy and a good company to work with.

Steam cleaned carpeting in one very large bedroom. The carpet is white, is 10 years old and was quite dirty. There were several large stains from a puppy I had 7 years ago. I had cleaned them up several times with Resolve, but they kept coming back. Patrick informed me that Resolve was the problem...it leaves a stickiness that attracts dirt. He made the stains disappear! The two large area rugs and the upholstered chairs that he cleaned brought up color I didn't remember was there...they look great! Patrick was exceptionally professional, punctual and nice. I would not hesitate to recommend him and his company.

We were quoted $75 which I paid for on line, but we were charged another $75,that I expected. Patrick was very personable, but after he took Mom's dining room chairs outside he did not offer to bring them back in until she insisted) she is an amputee in a wheel chair.

He arrived on time...as promised...did a nice job...No complaints. Very professional.

I think he did a good job, Couple of small places by stove that really would require a tooth brush but hoped would have gone away. I was not able to see the place after, due to other problems but he did his job. I would use him again and tell others. I was alittle confused about the pricing. Since the place we had clean was very small. I thought nothing of getting or what I thought was getting was a special through Angie's List for $ 75.00, after all I was working through a membership. I don't think that was fully clear.

The tile came out beautifully...there was a very clear difference in the grout and the tile was lighter, as well. The carpet came out so well that two guests asked me if I'd gotten new carpet--this despite Patrick apologizing because the dog fur could not be extracted fully. Trust me, with two Shetland Sheepdogs (little Lassies), I never expected it to look as beautiful as it does. He put the protective foil under the feet of any wooden items he returned in place and he returned everything to its place. I felt, for the amount of work, his price was very fair. I will have him return the next time I need cleaning (and I won't be waiting ten years!)

Patrick was very responsive and professional. As it happened, he was working on another job nearby and was able to come to clean my rugs the next day. I had some very heavily stained rugs due to pets and grandchildren. I was amazed at the job Patrick did. Much to my surprise, most of the stains were completely removed. Some stains still lingered where the rug fibers had been stained, but everything else came clean. With the Angies List coupon it was a great deal, but I would have been happy to pay the full price for the job that was done. There are a couple different Carpet Cleaning services with coupons, but I'm glad I chose Complete Steam Services. I have some tile/grout that needs cleaning, and I'll be calling Complete Steam Services when I'm ready to get that done.

Steam cleaning does an OK job. Doesn't get close enough to wall board and furniture legs.

He showed up on time, and did an excellent job in cleaning my carpeting, and a couple of area rugs, as well. Patrick definitely knew what he was doing, was very thorough and took his time. I was very satisfied with the results, and would recommend him to anyone looking to having their flooring cleaned.
