Description of Work: I contacted Coastal Turf because of the A rating on their services, while that might be true when and if they actually show up, my encounter with a man named Chris, over the phone, was barely an F-. After I spoke to someone on the phone, I waited a few days for someone to call back to set up an estimate. When Chris called we set up a date. He said he would be in the neighborhood and would stop by that day, no set time. I waited all day on my day off, while I could have done other things. No one showed up or even took 10 seconds to even call. When I reached him on the phone the day after, his excuse was he was busy and could not spare a few seconds to call when I said he had me wait all day did not even have the professional courtesy to call or have someone else call his response was an attitude of he could not be bothered and for me to call someone else then he hung up. I thought him a sorry excuse for a professional business.
