+ -1 moreI am going to assume Ernie Pyle is the owner of this business. He is one of the most disrespectful, unprofessional and blatantly rude people I have ever met! It is very hard to insult me but in the 5 minute phone call I had with him AS A TENANT ATTEMPTING TO ASK QUESTIONS ABOUT A GAS LEAK AND MY GAS BEING SHUT OFF and his response was so incredibly rude. He went off on this rant about how its not my business to be calling his company about a gas leak and questioning why he shut the gas off because I am not the owner and tenants have no business sticking their nose where it don't belong and just literally ranted and was totally unprofessional and disrespectful then just hung up on me! I do not wish ill on anyone but this business should be shut down!! It is pretty clear he should not be in the customer service industry and I don't care how many years of experience he has!! That experience doesn't mean a thing when you act like a classless tool!! I maybe a tenant now Ernie but you don't know what tomorrow brings and because of the egregious and disgustingly deplorable manner you insulted me and disrespected me as I was professional, respectful and trying to find the right questions to ask. You will NEVER GET MY BUSINESS AND OR ANY REFERRALS!! See in the customer service industry most people are taught that every person you meet is a potential client in the future!! Today I am a tenant tomorrow I could be a owner!! Don't you EVER talk to me like you did in that 5 minute phone call EVER AGAIN should we cross paths! Stop giving this disgusting and deplorable man business!! He does not deserve it!! Like I said totally unprofessional, rude and complete disrespectful and those don't even accurately describe that 5 minute conversation!!

+ -1 moreI showed him the location of the leak. He was friendly and courteous. He was able to fix the leak in less than 2 hours. His charge was reasonable. I would call him for any gas plumbing repairs.
Description of Work: We called CMS because they were one of two companies recommended by our gas supplier when a leak was found in our propane gas line. Ernie Pyle, owner, repaired the leak. When I called the office number, I got his office voice mail. But his message gives his cell phone number. He answered the cell and was able to come to our house that morning.
