+ -1 moreVery polite and excellent service until they get paid $10,000.00 in cash. Then they are rude and refuse to provide service. Will not even return phone calls. They wanted cash in order to get the job done immediately before it started getting hot. Said I was getting top of the line Carrier. I received junk, The outside units started rusting in less than a year. Response when I called was, "Everything rusts in Florida." I have neighbors with units that are 10 years old and do not have rust. This year when I turned on the upstairs unit in the Spring it did not work. Called three times and no return call. I will need to hire someone else and sue them if necessary. Warning! Do not do business with this company.
Description of Work: Replace two AC Units inside and out.
