They did an excellent job of cleaning the carpets, they really looked new compared to the carpet that was covered by furniture.

Carpet stayed wet/damp for over 24 hours - numerous very wet spots where machine sat for periods of time. Had to use portable machine due to high rise situation. Feel like there is some residue left. Will try another company next time.

Jamy called about 15 minutes before he showed up and was very pleasant. The equipment and hoses were very clean and he started upstairs on 3 bedrooms and landing then moved down the 14 step staircase. Moved to the Master Bedroom and then did 3 area rugs and one cream colored rug that was under our coffee table. It was badly stained but he did a beautiful job on it. Then he told us about scotchguard. The price was fair and we were happy to add on the few small area rugs. We would highly recommend Carpet Pro and Jamy knew what he was doing. He suggested we turn all our ceiling fans on and the carpets are nearly dry after 2 1/2 hours.

Excellent. We have a large home with lots of tile. The service man arrived at the date and "exact time" he was scheduled. He was neat, efficient, had a good system for cleaning, worked non stop for three plus hours and got the tile and grout sparkling clean.

Wonderful Company and Excellent Service. My home has not had a good carpet clean in over 4 years by a professional and had very high traffic area stains. It looks like NEW Carpet and very pleased with the Gentleman who did the work and with the overall customer service. I have company arriving this week and wanted to have the carpets cleaned before they arrived. We moved into our house in 2006 and have never had them professionally cleaned. With 2 boys, an aging dog and a senile cat (no joke!) you can just imagine what a mess our carpets were. After reading the other reviews here on AL, I called them last Thursday and they scheduled me for yesterday, 7/1, between 1pm and 3pm. Around 11:30am yesterday, I received a phone call from the carpet cleaner, a gentleman named Jamey. He informed me that he had finished up the job scheduled before mine earlier than expected and wanted to know if it was alright if he came out early. I told him that it would be no problem, but that I was still picking up a some things. Jamey arrived a little after noon and after discussing what rooms needed to be treated, what kind of stains were on the carpet, we decided on a "plan of attack" so that while he was cleaning one area, I could finish picking things up off the floors in the other areas. The whole process when very smoothly. As for the quality of the work? Oh my goodness! Our 9 year old area rug looks like we just brought it home from the store! Colors and patterns that I had forgotten were even in it are now vibrant and visible again AND he was able to flatten out some seriously deep buckling creases as well. Since he had to come back down the stairs after he was done with the hallway, he even cleaned my stairs for no extra charge! In the end, he wasn't able to get every stain out - but that is no reflection on him or the quality of service he provided. The carpet was just so damaged from being dirty so long that nothing short of replacing the carpet would solve that issue. Would I recommend them? Absolutely. I'm going to start doing yearly carpet cleanings and I can' tell you right now, I won't use any other company. These guys were PHENOMENAL!

This is the second time I've used this company and once again am thrilled with their work. They did 4 rooms and a hallway. After he was done cleaning, some of the carpets were still a bit wet due to the material (burber) and I asked him if he would running the vaccumm over it once more to make sure it's totally dry since I have 3 dogs and he agreed happily. He was able to get them just about 100% dry, there wasn't any dampness in the carpet that you could notice.

The representative called in advance of his arrival to ensure someone would be at the location where services would be performed. Upon the representatives arrival, we toured the areas/rooms in the house that required steam cleaning. After briefly discussing his process, the representative explained he would put down a citrus solvent "Liqua_Gel with Bioisolv" to help remove any grease, glue, gum and other stubborn spots, which was fine. Without much fanfare, the representative worked methodically through the rooms, completing the job in aprx 2 hours. Upon completion, the representative provided me with guidance on how to expedite the drying process, as I placed fans throughout the rooms that were steamed cleaned. The rooms that required steam cleaning looked 100% better than before he started, as I was satisfied with his overall work ethic, efficiency and price. So, you may be asking, why didn't the company receive an A or A+ rating? Well, it wasn't until the representative left, that I noticed instead of taking the empty bottle of Liqua-Gel with him to dispose of properly or asking me to place it in my trash can, the representative threw it behind my bushes, located outside the front door, for me to pick up and dispose of later. While the Price, Quality, Responsiveness and Punctuality receives and A+, the representatives oversight in professionalism, warrants a B.

I called Angie's list to inquire about a carpet cleaning deal for $129.00 but I wasn't too sure about the B rating and the out-of-town address of the company. The Angie's List man on the phone was a great help and sent me 3 more deals in my area from companies with A ratings. I chose Carpet Pro and talked to the owner on the phone. He was very nice, informative and gave me an appointment the following week. I was pleasantly surprised to be able to have the carpets cleaned before the holidays. The carpet technician, Andy, called before coming and was prompt. What a nice, nice guy, he was professional, polite and hardworking. He did a very thorough job and left the carpets clean and fresh smelling. Since Andy cleaned the carpets in late afternoon my husband and I did not replace furniture until the next morning. The carpets were dry and looked new again. Andy did not try to talk me into additional add-ons or change the quoted price. As an added, much appreciated benefit Andy loves dogs! We have 3 adult Dobermans and they loved Andy. When my dogs love someone you can be sure they are a good person.

I contacted Carpet Pro through Angie's List. They promptly came out and steam cleaned the carpet, which the areas that they cleaned looked very good. A month later when I was at the condo, I noticed the couch was out of its original position. When I slid the couch back, there was a definite line of where they had cleaned around the couch, then I noticed that they had not moved it or cleaned under it. It was a few weeks later with my schedule, that I contacted Carpet Pro. They informed me that they did not move furniture when cleaning (every service we have used over the last 12 years of annual cleaning, has moved the furniture) and that since it was past 30 days it would be $65 to come back out. They said the normal rate was $75, but he wanted to keep by business. They did come out and clean the rest of the carpet, however, my CC was charged the full amount, $75. $214 to have carpets cleaned and we have never paid more than $110 in 12 years. (We did have a company come back out to redo some areas after the cleaning, for no additional fee) Good work, just bad business decisions...they got their $, but lost a customer.

The techs were on time, dressed professionally, and ready to start immediately. They cleaned all the carpets in very good time. everything looked clean, and smelled clean. I was able to pay with a credit card. I highly recommend these guys, I am a repeat customer, and will use them in the future.

Arrived promptly, explained procedure and price, worked efficiently and made a 20 year old rose colored carpet look great. Had really expected that it needed to be replaced ASAP, but thanks to Carpet Pro I am sure I can get another year out of it.
