real estate appraisal
+ -1 moreIncompetence, hatchet job. Appraised property for $40,000 less than an MAI appraisal 18 months ago. Assessment is not accurate. I would not recommend this company for any service. Three different real estate appraisers performed a review of the appraisal and found it to be extremely inaccurate.
