Bruno is very knowledgeable and so pleasant! We have hired him a few times now. First, when our dryer was making a loud noise- Bruno came out and replaced the piece right then and there. Next, when our ice maker quit working- He tried a few things to fix it but ultimately we needed a new one. He ordered it for us right then, and had the new one arrive and installed within the week. Today, I called about our front load washer smoking from the inside. He knew exactly why it’s happening, and told me we would need a new one- over the phone instead of charging for a service call! I have Bruno’s number saved in my phone for all future appliance repairs!!

BJ is great ! I had a previous repair service that after charging me $350 to install new ice maker would not honor their 90 day warranty when it stopped working. They told me the freezer door had severed wiring and nothing could be done. I wound up spending another $135 for a counter top ice maker. Some months later I met BJ and asked him to take a look. He checked the wiring and said it was good. He had me reset the fridge with the circuit breaker punched a sequence code into the freezer control panel and my ice maker works perfect now. Good trouble shooter !

I couldn't be happier with Bruno's work. He was punctual, honest, knowledgeable, and patient with my questions. He didn't charge me for a second service call to install the new part. My cat loved watching him. I do not hesitate to provide an enthusiastic recommendation of BJ Appliance Service.

Bruno was very punctual & professional. He arrived at my elderly mom's home dressed in clean crisp uniform. Mom immediately felt at ease as he went to work. He had all parts necessary to repair on the spot!

Called the number for BJ Appliance that I found on Angie's List. Owner Bruno Palmier answered the phone, pulled over and took my questions and information. Indicated he would call that evening after he got back to the office and schedule a service call. Called promptly that evening and scheduled for between 12 and 2 the next day. Pedro (Bruno's brother) arrived at noon the next day and was fully aware of the issues that I wanted checked. He was very methodical and went step by step thru each appliance. Had no problem explaining to the amateur watching him what he was doing. On one issue with the refrigerator he suggested that we replace the water filter before proceeding to a more expensive solution. That fixed the problem!! Fix for the cooktop required a new burner be ordered. He looked up the part on his smart phone and quoted the exact price and indicated he would order the part that day. Pedro called the following Tuesday, indicated he had the part, and would we be available the next day between 2 and 4. Pedro arrived promptly at 2 and installed the new burner. I could not be happier with the fine service provided. Highly recommend BJ Appliance.

Bruno was great. Arrived when he said he would and evaluated the problem and provided a written quote. He had to order a part for the repair and had scheduled to come by and complete the repair between 9-11am. An unavoidable conflict came up relating to my job and I called Bruno at 8:15 on the day of the appointment to reschedule for the afternoon. When I explained the situation he offered to come right away and complete the repair. He arrived about 10 minutes later and was finished within 15 minutes. A++++++ on customer service!

Advised that repair would cost about as much as a new washer. Appreciate the honesty.

Service call went extremely well. I was very impressed with the professional service that we received. I will recommend this service provider to anyone looking for appliance repair.

He was very nice and quick. Arrived on time.

He showed up precisely when he should. Broke the system down with ease and found the problems we had called him about. Provided an estimate pulling prices from an industry parts book and offered to install the minor repairs without additional labor since I was going to need a major part. We agreed on a price and he started to work. Ten minutes later he called me back and found two more problems that pushed the repair outside what was feasible. I paid him for the estimate and the call ended. I didn't have a repaired wash machine, but that wasn't his fault. There were simply too many problems and I was able to purchase a new unit for what the repairs would have been. He was concise, professional and trustworthy. I will use him again and recommend him to anyone who needs an appliance repaired.

My overall experience was great. I felt comfortable with Bruno he was very polite and professional. He fiigured out the issue with my fridge quickly and fixed it, I will use this service again if the need arises.

He arrived on time and was very professional. He provided excellent customer service! He even fixed a loose handle on the door and gave me another part for the ice maker that he didn't even charge me for. I will definately use his services again if necessary!

When I discovered that our refrigerator had stopped working, I called Bruno. He arrived within one hour of my call, determined that the board was "shorted out" and installed a new board (which he had with him). He was not only prompt but courteous, knowledgeable and professional. I would most definitely recommend him to anyone.

This is not the first time we used this company for appliance repairs. Last year they came , very quickly, after being called and fixed our close dryer in the home for $60.
