First of all, I called and left messages for three other appliance repair companies with no answer in almost a week. So when Bill swiftly responded was great. Bill wanted the make and model of my washer and what was happening, I told him what I knew. He told me how to fix my washer by myself that only took seconds and saved me...........???? So nice to interact with someone helping someone they do not know just because they are good people. Thank you Bill, you will be on the top of my list whenever I need appliance repairs.

Russell responded promptly and quickly found a problem with the sensor. He was very professional, seemed very knowledgeable, and fixed the problem.

Didn't have the part but was able to use a used part to allow us to use dryer until new part came in. Part came in a few days later and we were contacted and set an appointment to install the new part. Pricing was fair and and the tech was knowledgeable and courteous. They were on time for both appointments. I would (and have) recommend All American.

They were on time, very courteous, -had to order a piece for the refrigerator and personally dropped it off. Told me where to shop for filters, etc. I obtained a lot of knowledge about the appliances.

It cost $40 to $50. He came out within about a day or so when we called him. Unfortunately, we needed a new washer as our washer had finally died on us. He told us. He recommended the type of washer that we should go out and look for. The price range seemed okay. He was excellent. He was very good. The price was very good. We would definitely use them again in the future.
