Description of Work: I called to get an estimate on a glass shower door: I explained I was an Angie's List member, and the provider simply said, "I'm really busy. Have a good day!" and then hung up. I'm quite confused...

Description of Work: I had a broken window at a rental house. Rich responded quickly. He called the tenant to make a mutually agreeable appointment to make the repair. Since she has a new baby I wanted to make this as easy as possible for her. He then called me back to advise the time. .

 + -1 moreWe were very pleased. The mirror was more difficult to remove than Rich initially figured, because of the way it was glued on the wall. The price he charged for removal was much more reasonable than another quote we got. And he was able to schedule the job promptly. He did an efficient, professional job. He is also giving us an estimate on replacing it with a large framed mirror to match the cabinets.

 + -1 moreWe called and Rich said he would come and do an estimate that day. He arrived on time and said the job was a quick one and he could take measurements, go to shop and cut glass and install that day as well. He was back when he said he would be. Great job, neat and clean. Windows were caulked and look super!
Description of Work: Rich replaced several cracked windows and also the mirrored glass sliders in a medicine cabinet.
