+ -1 moreIt was horrible. Called without return calls, and the entire experience was misleading. Worst experience ever. Do NOT use this company.
Description of Work: None. Told me he could do the job at on price, and after 'not' returning my calls after a month, told me the price would be 500% more.

+ -1 moreWe called and gave Kathy the model number so the part could be ordered to fix the latch. Within 10 days, the part came in and we arranged an appointment. Mike wanted to come the next day, Saturday, but we couldn't make it. So he came on Monday. The appointment was between 1 and 2 and Mike arrived at 1:20. When he looked at the door latch, he said that a new part wasn't needed. He removed a couple of screws in the door, realigned the latch, replaced the screws and that was that. He charged us $50 for the service call, which we thought was reasonable, especially given the cost of fuel. He was pleasant, courteous, and very professional. We will gladly recommend him to our friends.
Description of Work: The latch was broken on our dishwasher and we couldn't close the door, making the dishwasher inoperable.
