Called them on 9/2016, they returned my call about 6 hours later and told me that they were too busy with bigger jobs to do the work. It must be nice to be so busy,

I'd had two other contractors in to do this same project. But those previous two did only a cursory examination compared to Apex. Apex really took the time to do a complete and thorough examination. I felt as though the job had been done properly when Apex was done. Also, I want to point out that my own work schedule made scheduling Apex's visit a bit difficult. I had to cancel on two previous occasions, but Apex worked with me to get the work done. What set Apex aside during this process was their professionalism and attention to detail. They will be my electrical contractors from now on.

From the moment I contacted the office to the conclusion of work, it was a delightful experience. Leigh extended excellent customer service skills by her promptness, kindness, and efficiency when securing my appointment. The technician, Paul was prompt, professional and so knowledgeable. We are so pleased with the work and the overall experience. There is no doubt that in the future I will call this fine business for all of my home's electrical needs.

Would recommend them to anyone. Came out and gave me a fair quote and explained what had to be done. Worked with my schedule and tried their best to get FPL to work with it also! The job done was great and after the original work was done I had asked Fletcher to trouble shoot some issues / questions we had with the electric as we had just purchased the home. He stayed and tried to find out what was going on. He fixed my pool light/ told me what was wrong with my fan and told me the issues and gave me a quote for outside lights. He didn't have to stay, but he did. I will defnetlty be calling them for any of my electrical needs in the future.

They were able to come out on the same day they were contacted. They completed the work efficiently. Leigh, the office manager, was great getting everything setup.

Josh came on time and worked efficiently to identify the cause of lights in the apartment flickering on and off. He quickly identified the source as a faulty main breaker that would arc when carrying high loads, but wasn't tripping. He went out and got a replacement breaker, which he promptly installed. Very professional and competent service.

We called to set-up a time for an estimate. The gentleman arrived and time and gave us the estimate before he left. We called to set-up the work and we were given the date of 12/8/14 between 9 and 9:30. The arrived on time, and continually cleaned up after themselves. The work was completed on 12/9/14. I am very pleased with the work that was done and the way everything turned out.

I got a call back with an appointment time immediately. The next day I was given an estimate and scheduled an appointment for the work to be done. My power failed mid afternoon on a very hot Friday. I checked Angie's List for an electrician, found highly recommended APEX and called about my problem. The dispatcher called one of the employees who came by my house and fixed the problem, got the electricity working and my air conditioning made my house liveable again. While on site I asked for an estimate to install a 220 circuit for my to be installed hot tub. The estimate given was the best I had received. Based on the professional way my initial service call was handled, APEX will get all of my electrical business and I will recommend them to all who ask.

I can't say enough good things about APEX, from the quoting experience to the install, everything was terrific. Fletcher and Keven were always very professional, polite, punctual and best of all no surprises. The bulk of the expense was from the floor receptacle, having to cut thru my concrete foundation to run the electric line and the place the floor box was no simple matter. I must say the quality of their work is top notch. I am very pleased with the results. The Install was a 2 part ordeal, they had to return to finish the floor receptacle after a new tile floor was laid, and they were out the same day I called to schedule the second visit. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an electrician.

How many times does someone arrive before scheduled? Always a first. Checked out everything from service post in and listed carefully to our description of outage. Ended up replacing a dual 20/20 breaker with two separate breakers. Service was restored within an hour of arrival, would have been less, but had to have the breakers delivered. (They were a bit unusual). Tech was thorough and explained what he was doing in clear terms.

This is our 3rd project with Apex. We invite this company back into our home because of the quality, efficiency and professionalism they provide. They arrived, installed, tested, cleaned up and left. Perfectly completed. We are very pleased and feel much safer with this system.

Excellent. They are very professional, polite and prompt. I am extremely happy with their service. This is the second time I have used them and would use them again in the future.

The crew was to be here about 9:30 AM on the start day; however, they had had an emergency call early that morning. Their office called me and said they would be about an hour and a half late. It's SO nice to be kept informed when an occasional schedule upset happens! The crew did arrive at 11 AM and went right to work. It was scheduled to be a two day job, and they finished on schedule in spite of the very slight delay in starting. Their work was excellent, and the electricians cleaned up the work areas beautifully before they left. All circuits were labeled perfectly on both boxes, so there will be very little guesswork whenever I need to find a line.

They were very professional and punctual. They did exactly what I wanted and their prices were reasonable. They were very professional and they knew what they were doing. They really listen to the customer and they are pretty capable of doing anything you need done. They also made suggestions about my under cabinet lighting and I was really happy with that.

They arrived exactly on time, came fully equipped, even matched to the house color for cable cover. The outside outlet was for a TV, they ran the power and the cable line, covered them and caulked the cover, went way beyond our expectations and were pleasant throughout.
