ABC Lock & Safe Co

Had a spare key made for my 2011 Sentra. When ABC in Port Orange Fl was done making the key and they tested it and said it was working, I then paid my bill. I went to start my car a leave and nothing, car would not crank over. I tried the new key and my old key fob, still nothing. Security system locked me out from starting my car. ABC said must be a short or something in the system. ABC said have it towed to Nissan, so I did. 5 days later Nissan said the key ABC locksmithing made tripped the security system and disabled the car and there was no short in the car. Nissan reprogramed my old key fob and the car. Nissan says the key ABC made is not the right key for that car or it is no good. I picked up my car from Nissan 5 days later and drove to ABC Locksmith in Port Orange FL and asked for my money back for the key they made and for Nissan reprograming my car and my old key fob. They did agree to refund me for the new key that ABC had made, but no refund for Nissan reprograming my car and old key fob. So I am out $221.00 plus 5 days without a car and someone to pick me up and then go get my car. All I wanted was a spare key, but what I got was a bill for $221.00?

After having a terrible experience with another locksmith in the area, I called ABC and needed immediate assistance. Cherry had someone out within the hour. Zack was very professional and very quick. He rekeyed my locks and pointed out a construction flaw that left the backdoor to my office unsecure. He recommended we add a latch guard and dead bolt to secure the door, ordered the parts and came back the next day to finish the job. Zack was knowledgeable, quick and professional and made me feel at ease. I will definitely use ABC Lock & Safe Inc for any future locksmith needs and highly recommend them!

I had a bit of an urgent need for a locksmith after an intruder broke into my daughters home on a Thursday night. I left work early Friday and got onto Angie's List website. Cherry at ABC Locks could not have been nicer to try to accommodate my need to get the home secure again after the break-in. She responded back to me within 20 minutes of my call and said her crew could be there within the hour. Larry and Zack came quickly and get right to work after I explained what had happened the night before. They explained what they could do to re-key all exterior door locks and install a really neat gadget for securing the sliding glass doors (instead of a broom stick, LOL!!). I just could not be happier with their service. The price was very reasonable, even with considering my urgent need (did charge extra for that)!! The guys were prompt, efficient and very knowledgeable. I can't thank them enough for restoring my piece of mind knowing my daughter and her home are safe and secure once again!!
