They remove reviews that are very unfavorable and cover up for former employees that lie to the customer. If you are a senior citizen you might want to steer clear of these people.

Extremely professional and did a fantastic job. They came out the same day, did exactly what they said and cleaned up like nothing had been done. They ran into an issue and had to go above and beyond what was quoted and didnâ t charge a dime more. I highly recommend them for all your tree needs.

Beware! He is a smooth talker. He told me he could properly trim and pruning of my tall bushes. I did not want them just chopped down. I wanted to focus on health and growth since they were my privacy throughout my life. No problem he said. He has 2 arborists as well. He would do it right. He used a little laser to pinpoint where he would make cuts. 6 tired angry men showed up. Very late in the day. They seem very confused as to what to do. Standing around not sure how to start. Straight level top hahaha. They struggled. Clean up well that was a joke. Would blow away any dead branches with a powerful blower. Not so much. He did blow all my mulch way. Not before he blew dirt into my pool and Lani. Now I look at dead and ripped and torn branches. I thought I was meeting an honest Christian man. When I told him how unhappy I was he assured me they would come back and fix the problems. That was the middle of March. Many promises to come back. Many excuses. Oh and the line about cost. Normally I would charge 1200.00 but will do 950! Said the same thing to my girlfriend for her job. How does he live with himself?

They came out right away for the estimate, price was les than most. Mason who came out to give the estimate was very professional and courteous. They said they were a week out from being able to do the work however they called 2 days after I signed the contract and were able to come out and completed the work. Would highly recommend this company.

Mason and his crew were amazing. Mason knew EXACTLY what needed to be done with my heavily tree lined yard to accomplish my goals. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and got the job done quickly.

Good from initial visit to completion. A big crew arrived to remove my 45ft magnolia tree. Safety ropes used for precision and controlled removal of limbs. Tree down in 1 hour. All debris was removed by a dump truck in the next 2 hrs. This was followed by a crew member who came to grind and remove the stump and kill the roots. Great care was used to preserve both my and my neighbor's irrigation systems. The tree was located close to both our houses. I was confident of Aardvark's expertise during the entire project.

The job itself was very good, veyr proffesional. They missed an appointment with me but thats a minor inconvinience.

I would highly recommend this company!! They did a wonderful job. They removed a 30ft tree from my yard. And was very professional and got everything done in a timely manner. I would definitely use them again for any type of tree service. Thank you!

After what I thought was going to be a great company looking at the reviews, it turned into a nightmare. I had an oak tree and palm tree removed and another oak trimmed and pruned. They oak tree removal dented my rain gutter and put many huge holes in my lawn. The biggest problem is that their equipment dumped a large amount of hydraulic fluid/oil that they promised to clean up and have not. I have since received no response and assume I have been blocked. Very poor customer service and communication. They were not my cheapest estimate and kept telling me that I was getting a good deal which made me feel bad. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Damage was done to my home and my neighbors home. Broke 4 sprinkler heads, broke the sidewalk, broke a landscape wall, grass damage and could not fully grind the stumps. Employees kept dropping the thick arm branches on my bushes and driving their vehicles on my sidewalk and grass. No response from the salesman Juan and after sending pics and video of the damage caused, the owner stopped contacting me as well. I have video of them driving their truck on my lawn and my security cameras caught the whole thing as well. To find out they are expired on their comp insurance and do not have business liability insurance.

The crew arrived and went to work. Within in minutes they new what they need to do and it it efficiently. There were four 75 foot tall Pine trees the were leaning towards our house in the back of our yard. Cutting all four, removing all traces of the fallen trees and branches to the front then had them picked up not leaving a twig behind to show any work was done at all.... A picture perfect job at the lowest price we were given. The representative, Tim, who came to give us a quote know his business well and all he said would be done, was... we are very happy to have those trees removed before this years hurricane season.....

They showed up with all the equipment they would need and a good sized crew. The job was completed in a very professional manner. I am very pleased with this company and will use them again.

Other companies sent their sales team to convince me to buy their overpriced service. However, Aardvark's owner came out, offered a great price without any sales baloney. Very refreshing. Then they followed up by doing a great job. Call Aardvark first.

We hired Aardvark after the hurricane to remove a large tree and take a fallen tree off a shed. The salesman came and saw exactly what was to be done. The first crew removed a large tree without problem. No cleanup but no damages. The second crew came unsupervised and inexperienced with their bobcat. They literally dug up a huge portion of my backyard in two places. They removed three beautiful mature palms that were not to be removed. We paid, as the price wasn't unfair for the first tree.However, after the salesperson came to verify the damage and contact the owner, Jon Tarratt, to grade the land and replace the three trees, we never heard back. We have called and texted several times. They refuse to give their insurer's name to us or call back. Very poor service.
