Description of Work: We needed carpet cleaned plus stairs , tile in foyer and kitchen area plus storage area Rob gave us a 2 page carpet care information sheet. He was on time,did a professional job, we liked his work so much that we had him clean a seat and cargo areain our suv. he is a small company and the advantage is you get his personal service each time. We plan to use him anytime we need carpet or tile cleaned. Great job

 + -1 moreReally fast, excellent, reasonable service. I had people coming into town and my schedule was accommodated -- rugs look great. My sofa slip covers also came out great! Thanks -- I will be calling again.
Description of Work: I had a moldy indoor-outdoor porch carpet cleaned -- came out great. Also three large area rugs, a medium area rug and a runner. 2 sofa slip covers, as well.

 + -1 moreRobert was very flexible with moving up the appointment time by a day. He was very nice and explained everything. He got the carpets looking great! Plus it was very affordable.
Description of Work: My mother was moving and just had everything moved out of the house. The carpets were in rough shape after years of smoking in the house and never having a professional cleaning company come in. I originally had the appointment with A-1 setup for Saturday morning. But since the moving went faster than expected on Friday I called to see if they could come out that afternoon instead. Robert responded right away. He was at the house within an hour to get the job done. He explained what he was going to do and what he might not be able to get clean because of the type of carpet and years of dirt and nicotine. He went through each room thoroughly and it took only about an hour for him to complete the whole process. He actually got the carpets looking great. Even the areas he thought might not come out as well. I was very happy with the service.

 + -1 moreHe explained exactly how he would proceed through the house, room by room, and how long it would take. He answered all of our questions fully. He finished in the time he has estimated. The job he did was very good and it cost much less than we had initially guessed..
Description of Work: He cleaned all the carpets in the entire house - including throw rugs and some outdoor carpeting on the porch.

Description of Work: They steam cleaned our carpets - living dining area and two bedrooms. They were on time and professional. The carpets were clean and smelled clean when they finished. They did not soak it like some do...it dried within 5-6 hours.

 + -1 moreRobert was running a little later than what we had arranged, but he called twice to update me and was only about 30 minutes late. Once he got in he was excellent and made sure he understood what I wanted and promptly got to work. The "odor" from the cleaning products was very noticeable for the first few hours - a strong citrus scent. After 24 hours it was gone. Very happy with the result and would use them again. I recommend them.
Description of Work: Clean and deodorize a 3 seat sofa and 3 area rugs.
