After years of being a customer, Iâ ve called periodically to let them know the service isnâ t so great. The quality changes with their change over in personnel. I was called for collections on exchanging parts they never changed. When I asked if changing parts without notifying homeowners was â standard serviceâ I was told yes. I asked that they notify me first, especially since I was being charged for parts that were not changed. Today I called because service has been terrible for more than a month. Iâ ve been having my water tested and all the chemicals are off. When I told Michelle this she almost started yelling at me. She said a pool company wonâ t know whatâ s going on even if they are testing the water because they have to â seeâ the pool. Guess I will be looking for another pool company after I fix my current issues.

After over a year of their tech showing up whenever he wanted day/time we finally told the tech to leave after he got nasty. We paid every month on time and deserve service when we are told it should not be that hard Joe was nice enough but there were too many times my pool did not get cleaned on the designated day. We finally had enough and hired another company , a little more money but guarantee service on the day you were told or it s free.
