Our kitchen remodel was just finished! Bruce and son Matt were wonderful to work with. Bruce met with us several times describing the products, drawing up plans, listening to our ideas, tweeking plans, and came up with a very fair estimate. Work began right on schedule: each morning arriving by 9:00 and by 3:00-3:30 they were cleaned up and out the door. We were amazed at the progress each day! The two worked as a great team and not a minute was wasted. Bruce and Matt were kind, considerate, good listeners, and had MidWest work ethics. They transformed our old, out dated kitchen into our dream kitchen! We couldn't be more pleased! Thank you Bruce and Matt Wanless!

He was here for a month. He was very responsive. He was timely. He kept us informed every step of the way. If anything went wrong he made it right. The worst part was the quality of the cabinets. It was a good price. I would use them again.

It went well. There was a 3 week delay on getting the granite , this was not Bruce's fault. They were very responsive to any issues even after the job was complete.

It went well, the only holdup was with the granite installer. It took them 2.5 weeks after the template was made to install the granite. Wanless was by far the least expensive of the 3 estimates.

Bruce and Matt were excellent to work with. Very professional, punctual and super friendly. They were always very conscientious about cleanliness of the work site. Great with follow up if any questions or concerns! Would hire them again in a heartbeat! The kitchen and bath are absolutely beautiful! When we ran into a small snag with a custom farm sink, Bruce custom fit the cabinet to accomodate. Superior workmanship!

We hired Bruce and Matt to give us a kitchen remodel . They were very conscientious throughout the entire process. They hauled away our old cabinets, and installed beautiful new cherry-finish birch cabinets. They also installed under cabinet lighting, had a granite countertop & sink installed, and installed my tile backsplash. Bruce and Matt cleaned- up each day, were prompt, and performed quality work. We recommend them highly.

Bruce and his son Matt did all the work. They tore down the old kitchen and removed all the mess. Removed the old lighting and raised the ceiling. Ordered and installed new cabinets. Installed cabinet hardware. Replaced floor tile. Added ceiling LED pocket lights. Installed mosaic tile backsplash. Bruce and Matt always arrived on time. Cleaned up after themselves and were both very courteous. We love the work they did.

He was punctual, competent. He listens well -takes ideas and makes them work.Excellent work.

They gave me the estimate and ordered the cabinets and windows. 2 wks later they started the job. 2 wks later they were done. Very nice company. always cleaned up their mess.

Project was started on time with all work being complete in two weeks. Rather and Sons team were sensitive to keeping our appliances functional as much as possible. Project was high quality and on budget even through they were the low bid of 3 estimates.

Wanless Builders Inc remodel our kitchen & bathrooms. They also did laminate flooring in the living room and dining room. They were easy to work with and took pride in what they were doing. Bruce & Matt Wanless listened to what I wanted and were anixous to please. They were at the job every day and did everything they promised. They always cleaned up whatever mess was made each day before leaving. The kitchen & baths turned out beautiful. They did a nice job on the laminate floors also. I have recommended them and they have done a great job for others I know as well.
